Join us in cheering on the Galena Park High School band at their UIL Region marching band competition! After the performance, we will meet up with the band to congratulate them and have lunch together.

What to Wear: This year’s WAMS Band Shirt, Blue Jeans, and Tennis Shoes

When: Saturday, October 17, 2026

• 8:15am - Parents drop students at WAMS (in front of the school)

• 8:30am - Depart WAMS

• 9:30am - Arrive at Planet Ford Stadium

• 10:15am - Watch GPHS Band of Gold Perform

• 11:00am - Return back to buses

• 11:15am - Head to Pundt Park (4129 Spring Creek Dr)

• 12:00pm - Lunch and Games with Band of Gold 

• 1:45pm - Depart for WAMS

• 2:15pm - Parents pickup students from WAMS (in front of school)

You are NOT Eligibile to go if:

• You did NOT pay your $20 Band Fee on Revtrak

• Received ISS/OSS or are a behavior issue in or outside of band class

• Are ineligible on 1st Nine Weeks Report Card (T1)
